ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. Orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed and shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states.
We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses when they have a US zip code. However, additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery may take longer. We regretfully do not ship to Puerto Rico at this time or International countries.
Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed. *Order value is the total after discounts and credits are applied.
DUTIES & TAXES
Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
ORDERS OVER $500
Delivery of any Product costing in excess of US$500 will require a signature acknowledging receipt to be delivered. Such Products cannot be left at places of delivery stipulated in your order if you, or someone you have authorized to accept delivery, is not present to accept delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who is 18 years of age or older will be deemed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf. Once a Product is delivered to you, or if a signature is required, delivery is signed for by you or by someone at the delivery address, responsibility for your purchased Product(s) passes to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase date if item[s] are returned in new or gently used condition.
IMPORTANT: IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA EMAIL OR PHONE TO RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION #. WITHOUT AN RA #, IT IS MORE DIFFICULT FOR OUR WAREHOUSE TO TRACK YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE.
Any item(s) returned after 30 days of purchase date will not be eligible for refund or online store credit. A refund will be issued once we receive returned items.
Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and please have your order number and RA# (Return Authorization #) on hand.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If you wish to exchange, product(s) must be returned in new or gently used condition. You may also exchange items for PATYKA.com online store credit.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the gift giver will find out about your return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
